Exemestane is an aromatase inhibitor class drug used in bodybuilding to suppress the estrogenic side effects of steroids. For the first time, antiestrogen appeared on the American market at the very beginning of the 2000s, immediately after obtaining permission to sell.
The recommended dosage of the drug is in the range from 12.5 to 25 milligrams, and you need to use it every second day. However, in most cases, it is sufficient for athletes to use exemestane in an amount of 12.5 milligrams no more than three times a week.
If the maximum permitted dose is used, then the duration of such a course of exemestane should not be long. Use 25 milligrams is only for violation of the balance of cholesterol, and in other situations, limit the minimum dosage. Also in professional sports, exemestane is sometimes used one or two weeks before the start of the tournament, which helps to improve muscle relief.
